Stay relax and open your eyes and lips and stick your tongue out, try to touch your chin. Hold it for 10 seconds and repeat this for 5 times only.

    The Fish face exercise, also known as the “smiling fish face” is one of the best facial exercises for cheek that you can do anywhere, like while watching tv, reading books or taking a shower. It helps in toning and stretching the cheek muscles and also helps to reducing the flabbiness. Simply suck in your cheeks and lips as we use to do as kids and form a fish face. Now try to smile. Hold that posture for 5 seconds. You will fill the burn in your cheeks and jaws. Now relax and again repeat it for 10 times.

    One of the quickest exercise to reduce fat from your upper and mid  portion of your cheek. This exercise strengthens your upper cheek muscle and makes your face sculpted, lean and young. First, close your mouth and blow air to puff up your cheeks, hold it 10 seconds. Try to move the air to right cheek then hold it 10 seconds. Finally switch it to left cheek and hold it 10 seconds. Now exhale. Repeat this for 10 times.

    Face massage is an effective way to reduce cheek fat. Regular face massage with ginseng oil stimulates the blood circulation and decreases water retention. Apply ginseng oil on your face. Move your palm in upward direction. Start from your chin and gently move upward in circular motion. Repeat it for 5 times. Next, with your fingers, gently tap from the corners of your lips and then continuously move towards the ear. Do this for 10 times. Now move your fingers in circular motion to your jaw line. Use firm and upward strokes. Do this for 5 times.

Chewing sugarfree gum for about 20 minutes, twice in a day, melts fat cells from your face and makes your face visibly thinner and toned. Chew a sugarfree gum after having your lunch and dinner, for 20 to 30 minutes.


    • Do not sleep in the afternoon.
    • Drink at least 5 to 6 ltr. of water in a day.
    • Whenever you feel thirsty, try to drink warm water.
    • Do not going to sleep after having your dinner. This may help fat build-up in your cheeks. Eat dinner 2 hours before your bed time.
